This is a constantly updated list of services (both free and with a fee) that have been used by a member of the group and is recommended. This list is ONLY for Services
KA-BLAM
Service: Publishes independent comics (Print on Demand)
Fee: "Ka-Blam does not charge any setup fees on comics or paperback printing. As a rule we are opposed to setup fees on comics and paperback printing. At present we do not offer any items that come with a setup fee." ~KaBlam FAQ
Recommended by: AngelicEmpyress "I have used KaBlam for my promo comic and indeed intend to use it for future ones. They have a lot of services from printed comics to digital comics to consignment to even sketch covers. And they are always adding new things. Only con is that they have a 28 day turnaround time."
MY TRADING CARDS
Service: Prints trading cards
Fee: Pay per order.
Recommended by: AngelicEmpyress "My trading cards, while it sounds scammish is actually legit. I have printed numerous cards with them and they print a little thicker than regular trading cards and have a nice glossy finish. They also offer services to print cards in random decks of whatever number you specify (for those wanting to create TCGs). They have templates that you can use (even ones with the TOPPS logo on it) or you can choose a blank and upload your own. They offer a template file that you can use to make your own front and back images to use on the blank template. Only downside is the creation engine ONLY works on IE (but if you are like me and doing your own template for the cards it is a quick process). The interface is also not very user friendly, but that is just my opinion."
Infinity Publishing
Service: Publishes independent books (Print on Demand)
Fee: $499 standard fee for paperback publishing. $199 fee for eBook publishing.
Recommended by: AngelicEmpyress "I love Infinity... though the prices to someone who hasn't researched print on demand publishing would think that the prices are quite expensive, but in reality most POD publishers charge a fee based on tiers (each higher tier giving you more freedom in how you want to design your book. The highest giving you complete control) and can go well into the $1500s. Infinity charges the flat fee and lets you have complete control of how your book looks (within a set of base specifications) from the cover to the fonts to interior pictures. Also, while there are many self publishing places that are free to use, i'd rather spend the extra to have an ISBN work taken care of and let the publisher place the book with vendors (like amazon, barnes and noble, etc). They also offer a blog and newletters highlighting tips for marketing and success stories. The staff is very nice and helpful and unlinke 99% of POD publishers will NOT harrass you with phone calls after getting thier publishing guide." If you decide to use them for paperback publishing PLEASE let me know, I have a referral slip that gets you a discount!

Fee: n/a
Recommended by: MushkiKizou-Art "You pay a percentage per every book made, and then you get what's left over~ I like them~ Good, good quality too X3 "

The Onslaught of Ideas
OK I got a few suggestions and concerns after my last post and so there are a few things I want to share here:
1. Creators - we need more. I think the more people we have to participate, the less stress each creator will have when they can't come up with something for a theme. I've already opened up to species creators, so it should just be a matter of finding and recruiting the people. And I need help finding more people.
2. There was a thought to do a freestyle theme, but I honestly don't want to loose the central connection of all the creators in each issue. But rather, I feel that instead of the 'prompts' that we were doing along with t
Where is Issue 4?
I know you are wondering...and yes its late mainly because I only received 2 submissions. I have two wonderful consistent creators and I really don't want them burned out. So i am working on trying to recruit some more creators to help the magazine grow. Issue 4 will then be the last issue for the year, hopefully I can get some more input to include in it, and we will start 2015 with Issue 5.
By the way, Issue 5 Theme winner is WINTER VACATION for those who want to start on it.
So it may have been quiet here but I'm doing a lot of work behind the scenes.
Worldscapes Masquerade Ball
The home base of Worldscapes is a large planet like portal, allowing the connection to all the different dimensions, worlds, and galaxies that are brought together for the magazine. It is here that the creators can meet and mingle with those who come to partake in the spectacle that is the themes that blare from the pages each creator imagines. But also it is where the creators imagined beings can come alive and also socialize with those they would never meet otherwise.
Today, in the center, many gather awaiting a mysterious golden moon to rise up and engulf the planet in its heavenly glow. In honor of it, Worldscapes is proud to host its fi
Organizing and adding New Stuff
As you can see I've been trying to better organize this group and really nail down how everything works. I just want to thank those who have contributed to the magazine so far, its been a really wonderful thing to see and be a part of.
Issue 4 update
This is a special invitation for creators! If you are planning on participating in this issue, please send me one extra item with your submission this time. Add a transparent PNG file of 3 or 4 "characters" of your language. They will be used on the cover!
Welcoming a new set of Creators!
With that said, I've decided to open up the magazine to another group of creators that come right along sid
